I think I am ready for autumn/winter. And I’m only saying because today was 20+ celsius and sunny still. What’s with the weather London? Yeah, I know definitely no climate change, but grace of God (holding up ‘sarcasm’ sign 😒).
OfficeI’ve been experimenting with what kind of animal print I can handle, and I decided it’s ankle boots. I mean if it’s quite bold in print, then the rest must me in my comfort zone. These Office Aruba boots are from last year actually and I was thinking about them back then but then shied away, even if they tick all the right boxes (pointy toes, no pony hair, not too high heels and zips on the sides).
Levi’sAnd then accidentally I found the jeans of my dreams. You know I’m notorious wearing pale blue (called Lovefool ¯\_(ツ)_/¯) jeans all year around and these are literally perfect. New Levi’s 501 Originals with a cropped length. I’ve been living in these since. 😁
H&MAnd then onto the very affordable things. Like this sweatshirt for a whopping £13. These are the things I don’t want to spend too much money on to be honest, but this is still nice, because has a pretty high cotton content, high neck with a zipper and cropped hem. I sized up to a medium though, because (too) cropped things are not my friends in general and also because small was out of stock already.
I didn’t have too much hope for this blazer while ordering it, but the price and the reviews were good enough and I really needed a black blazer, you know for more formal things. I didn’t like the golden buttons first, but they were growing on me fast, because I love that it breaks the otherwise full black effect.
And then one of my favourite findings right now, again for £13! White cotton blend jumper with very nice pattern. It’s thin enough to wear it right now but later it can be layered up as well. I went for the small and I think it’s the right size. I picked this up at Oxford Circus and I cannot find it online, but I know there was plenty left and I just saw the pink version in Westfield.
This is the other thing I wasn’t sure of, mainly because it’s white, but once I put it on, I made up my mind immediately. Also, what’s a washing machine is for? This Chérie sweatshirt is from the Trend section which tends to be the better quality and you can feel in the thickness, softness and design as well. I love the semi-high neck, the oversized fit (this is the small) and the red French slogan even if it’s a bit sticky.
And to top this up, I just learned that H&M has 15% off for club members (and no, this is not an ad). Is it Christmas yet?
