You know when it’s autumn when you pull out your most pumpkin piece and don’t look ridiculous, moreover you kind of embrace it. I’ve never been the biggest fan of any kind of bright orange, but a bit of shade to that colour makes all the difference apparently. Also, the fact that my hair is more or less the same tone, helps a lot.
Less favourite colour or not, this skirt ticks all the right boxes for me. Yes, it’s creased AF, being a linen blend, but I rather embrace a bit of creasing than sweat in any synthetic fabrics when it’s still quite warm outside. Plus it has a midi length, tortoiseshell buttons(!), an elastic waistband with a tie detail and POCKETS. I mean, what’s not to like?
Having spiced it up with all the rock chic vibes totally completes the look for me. Not that I don’t wear a biker jacket with anything, but it seems almost obligatory here, given the softens and femininity a skirt bears. Touch of leopard and I am ready to rock.
Biker jacket – Mango, t-shirt and skirt – Pull & Bear, bag – PS11, mules – Vagabond, necklace – Missoma
Have a great weekend!
