Acne Studios is a long time favourite of mine, but I haven’t really felt the appeal in the last couple of seasons, although basics (chunky knits, ankle boots and leather jackets especially are worth for drooling…) are lovely every now and then.
But I digressing, the point is, Jonny Johansson creative head of the Swedish fashion house came back with a phenomenal collection inspired by ballet, and Oh My God, I love it! I mean what’s not to love here when ballet, Scandi cool/yet practical clothing and amazing colours (I wanna wear right now) are involved at the very same time?
Johansson said he envisioned the line-up as four acts: rehearsal, onstage, off-duty, and evening, basically every aspect of a dancer’s life and that comes through quite clear, even if I didn’t include examples of the last category, because I’m all for casual dressing. #sorrynotsorry
What do you think about all of this?
