I’ve never been a smoker, I’ve never seen the appeal I guess, but this warm tobacco (as Topshop calls it, but it’s basically a russet colour) is something I can very much identify with. So much so actually, that I might have been eyeing with other numbers in this very shade.
It’s the perfect neutral, yet colour if you ask me. Moreover, a great alternative of blue denim. There, I said it. 🙂 These no-blue jeans btw come again on the short side, but having got used to it, I think, I love it very much, ideal for warm weather conditions and showing off some lace up details or bare ankle, whatever pleases you more.
Plus, there is a little bit of play on the black and (off-)white theme – something I couldn’t get bored of -, like breton stripes, contrast stitching, ecru fringe bucket bag and black/straw espadrilles. Little bit of gold here and there and you’ll be all set.

Have a great weekend!
