Sales are here, can you believe it? Me neither, but that didn’t prevent me to go looking and eventually shopping around a bit. And because it sales time, the availability is hectic -to say at least -, but I’d strongly advise to go (to Westfield White City, for example, where I scored everything below) and take a look for yourself.
H&MOk, I’ll admit, I cave in to this linen blazer. I desperately wanted a beige jacket and having tried several one, I decided this one was the best and rather different from my other ‘stone’ coloured boxy jacket. In the end I got in in a size 6 which is kind of unbelievable cos it’s still pretty oversized. I’m not complaining though.
This is what I wore; Topshop denim jacket and jeans, Boohoo t-shirt via ASOS, Daniel Wellington watch, Loewe bag and wedge espadrilles from TK Maxx.
Am I the only one who is lazy enough to try dresses with their pant still on? Sorry, but I just couldn’t be bothered. But I digress, the story behind this slip is an upcoming 1920s themed party. It’s not a typical flapper dress, but it’s a straight cut, champagne coloured, long enough (a bit too long, but whatevs), and made of the most gorgeously fluid viscose fabric with a lining and adjustable straps for £40. It’s too good not to wear again, isn’t it?
I also bought this sort of matching kimono, we’re speaking about England here after all, and heath weave or not, the nights are chilly enough for a slip dress. Love its colours, the slightly oriental print, the linen blend fabric and the pockets(!) it’s coming with.
UniqloThis top wasn’t planned at all, but when I saw the colour and ribbed fabric I made the B-line immediately. The £5 price tag helped too. 🙂
And finally, a proof that good clothing can come everywhere, even from the man department. I’m not a Mickey Mouse fan by default (although I was raised on Disney films), the simple white/red/black school day theme and the drawing itself just got me. It comes with a £13 price tag and while I couldn’t find this exact one on the website, here is another cute one. I so could imagine this for my husband, lol. 😀
What do you think?
