Re/Done probably needs no introduction here on my blog, as I’m wearing their up-cycled jeans relentlessly, just look back a couple of outfit posts if you don’t believe me. I’ve been always a huge fan of their jeans, especially the high rise crop variety, but clearly, the brand doesn’t want to stuck on that level. Why would they?
Introducing redone vintage Levi’s was a huge (although not the most unique) idea, making it growing is even better and now, Sean Barron and Jamie Mazur, founders of the brand, having more on their plate than vintage denim. Now, you can get fully dressed in Re/Done, if you wish or can afford as they have been widening their range with other heritage clothing, like hoodies, Hanes T-shirts, and cargo pants as well.
The prices are somewhat eye-watering sure, but if you consider first and foremost the the benefits of a conscious and sustainable brand like Re/Done or the high quality and the unique features it’s bearing, you realise it’s kind of worth it. I won’t be wearing Re/Done from head to toe from now on for sure, but it would be nice to see more brands like it.
Also, the 90s effect is undeniable and nostalgia is good, isn’t it?
