Few weeks ago, when we still could experience some blue skies, as you can see, we decided to use the car once again to get away from London and visit Bath. The hype is pretty big, there is lots of oh and ah when it comes to this city, so I was dying to know what’s the fuss. I have to say, even with this huge hype, it didn’t disappoint.
On the contrary actually. It turned out, Bath of my favourite places in the UK so far. It’s not only feast for the eyes, but also full with (ancient Roman) history which I’m a huge fan of. I think my husband can confirm this, when I had to pick an old bronze Claudius II coin just to possess this small piece of history, his eyes were rolling out of his head.
And even though (this time) we didn’t went to the Roman bath, as the the weather was way to gorgeous to do so, I can really recommend to visit Bath, especially if you like touristing in general or love history or just want to get away from London to stretch your legs and air your lungs, it’s well worth the trip.
Sunglasses – ASOS, jacket – H&M, jumper – Brandy Melville, jeans – Re/Done, (old) bag – PS11, trainers – Nike,
I didn’t speak about my outfit, but you could see most of these thing a dozen times anyway. Except for my uber cool cat eye sunnies and rainbow jumper which are relatively new, but there is not too much to mention here. Love them both. 🙂
