So Paris…and if Paris then Jacquemus first. One could argue whether this collection is autumn or winter appropriate enough, but hey, this guy, Simon Porte Jacquemus is from the south of France and we know he likes drawing inspiration from there, not to mention the pressure on fashion world and the ‘see now, buy now’ method some fashion houses already experiencing with.
Don’t have to much to add to it, except maybe, the simple lines with a lot of form-fitting dress and kaftan with thigh-high slits or deep plunge, the mesmerizing earthy colours or the teeny-tiny structured bags or big statement earrings which has become trademarks in the past seasons.
Actually, if I was living in the south of France, or anywhere warmer than London, I’d probably wear (some of) these clothes as well. Don’t you?
