Not sure what’s exactly happening lately, but I might have bitten by the Topshop bug, as I’ve been shopping there more than ever. I’ve either stared to assimilate or their collection is really good, I’m still undecided, but the damage is done, here is the result.
If you think that choice of fitting room was an accident, think again. 🙂 Green is probably my favourite colour, especially since I’ve been colouring my hair. And speaking of green, my jumper is from Zara (a bit itchy, but otherwise very nice). The coat is Mango, jeans and boots are Topshop (the latter from eBay) and bag is Loewe (again via eBay).
While last year was a challenge to find basic white t-shirts, this year I managed it without looking. I didn’t buy it, but I was very very close as it’s full cotton and only 10 quid.
Although winter hasn’t ended yet and early spring (in London) is barely about heatwaves, shops are full with camis and another summery clothing and you either buy them now and don’t wear for months or don’t and you can kiss goodbye forever… I decided on the letter, but I might regret it later, cos the colour was oh so beautiful.
On the other hand, it almost feels stupid to buy jumpers, but I did it anyway. At least I can wear this right now and probably for a couple of more weeks. I’ve never been a big fan of these massive turn up sleeves, but Topshop converted me. I especially love the cropped length with those huge sleeves, plus the soft fabric which also happens to have some natural wool in it.
And finally some more springy footwear, which again I decided against just yet. I cannot bare the thought of exposing the half of my feet, but these were made of extra soft tan leather so mental note has been made.
Or the alternatives, if mules are not your thing. These look so effing cool, but my heels are not friends with closed shoes (more like foes), so I’m not sure yet.
Also, it’s way too early, isn’t it? Isn’t it?
