Scandi Fashion Week came and went, seemingly quietly but also with more and more attention. And while Vogue only got the pictures not so long ago, I feel like I saw everything already thanks to the overwhelming flood of Insta Stories. Seriously though, am I the only one who gets more and more annoyed by them? Some people really don’t know what’s enough, but this is off-topic, so apologies.
Back to Scandi land, and within that to Stockholm, where Filippa K presented her latest Fall/Winter collection. A true minimalist, yet luxurious collection from the city where people are the best at it. Maximalism may have won prime lately, but why would one change anything if this is more authentic and frankly, works seamlessly. So seamlessly so, that this is the only show I picked to feature here.
And while the whole thing is mainly neutral, the simple but clean cuts, the effortless styling and the seriously lust-worthy fabrics easily won me over. Boudoir clothing is not a new thing, but not so common wintertime, even if we don’t want to wear anything else, and when all the attention is on outerwear, especially if that’s so good as the camel one below.
I’m so not over ankle boots, are you?
