A rather short one though. Short, probably because of the closeness of Black Friday, Cyber Monday, coming Christmas and hence my overspending, it started as a curiosity/let’s do something round, although I still managed to pick up a few things I couldn’t resist. Also, I loved my outfit that day. 🙂
So this what I wore aside from the boot on my left foot (more about that in a bit); leather jacket and jumper from Mango, jeans by Re/Done and boot(s) from Topshop, and this (cream/off-white chunky knit, pale jeans, black ankle boots and leather jacket) must be my favourite outfit formula ever. A uniform if you will.
But back to the boots. These were the only thing that caught my eye that day in Zara. I cannot help myself, I just love black suede ankle boots, and these are a bit different with a slightly higher and baggier shaft and high cone heels. Didn’t buy them though, cos I’m not sure how much would I wear them especially because these Topshop ones are similar, but still like them and think of them sometimes anyway.
Yes, teddy coats are having a moment and when I saw this one in Mango hanging on the last sizes rail, I had to try it immediately and OMG, this is so good. So soft and oversized with big patch pockets, real buttons and slightly longer back. I’m afraid it’s sold out online but here is a similar one from H&M.
Now, I’m not the biggest fan of River Island, probably because I’m not so familiar with it and I always go to my favourite places, but this time I wanted to give it a go. It was a rather splendid idea because I found these UGG like suede boots for £32. I’d never spend £100+ on boots like these but £32 was a price I could get along with, especially when they’re exactly what I wanted. I’ve got them a size big because they have faux fur lining and I also prefer to wear them with socks.
And now my teddy outfit is complete. 😀
What do you think?
