Believe when I say these are one of my favourite photos ever. EVER! Not particularly the outfit, although I like that one too, but the photos themselves. The background, the light and all of these together, it’s almost like it was planned. We really should go there more (referring to husband who, bless him, took the pictures), but it’s quite the planning, not to mention it’s not gorgeous autumn all the time with sun and everything.
Of course I’m madly in live with this corduroy blazer too, and now I’m wondering why I’ve ditched it for so long from my wardrobe. It’s such a luxurious yet understated fabric which makes every colour even nicer and the whole outfit more interesting. And then there is this gorgeous russet colour that I love pairing with pale blue denim, needless to say from my favourite denim brand Re/Done.
Finally there is the shoes, basically the high top version of my Old Skools I wear relentlessly. True that I cannot lace the whole thing up, cos I couldn’t put my feet in and out but that’s not important and I love how they look undone anyway. This time I didn’t make the mistake not to wear proper socks and luckily I have these Topshop ones from last year, identical in colour. They make such a big difference comfort wise I cannot tell.
