Hello everybody on this rather grey and ugly, yet wonderful Saturday! I won’t say a lot in advance, I did that yesterday anyway, so if you need more random thoughts head over here. Otherwise, stay and follow my latest shopping stroll, in Westfield, where else.
First things first, this is what I wore. Mango leather jacket, probably the last time this year :(, cashmere jumper from eBay, Agolde Jamie jeans, Topshop Cherry bucket bag and H&M Premium Chelsea boots. I don’t know about you, but love H&M more and more. Not everything though, but some of them are so good, almost like small investments. Case in point, this wool coat, which I was eyeing weeks ago, but deemed to big. How fool I was, only had to go one size down and it’s still huge. Plus the right styling helps too. 🙂 Didn’t buy in the store, but went home and ordered it with some discount, gihi :D. Also bought the brown corduroy blazer (also in a size 8/EU34), since I had found the matching pants before. This H&M version of a borg lined corduroy jacket, and I also had to try it because, well, corduroy, but this not the right version somehow. Probably because I prefer double breasted jackets?
TopshopSimilar in colours but this one is more like a teddy style coat. I love how cosy it is, but it has no lining which is kind of a bummer if you ask me. Also, I had found a similar version on eBay (in black) for the fraction of the price (£14 vs £85 if you’re wondering :)).And Westfield still had this seemingly blogger (Emma Hill and Lizzy Hadfield to name a few) must have mustard blazer, which is not bad, but not that good either. I, personally, freak out of the raw frayed edge, especially because it’s pure polyester, yam (no :().
MangoDon’t remember whether I mentioned, but I ended up returning the check Zara coat, but I still feel the need of a heritage printed one. This one is perfect colour and print wise (brownish houndstooth is the best!) but I’m not sure I like the shape of it, I’d like something more sleek and traditional I guess. And finally, because no matter how much perfect jeans I have, I cannot have enough, duh. Also, I prefer light ones, but it’s so difficult to find. So I try on everything that seems promising and also affordable. This style is called the Jandri and has light blue wash!, straight cut and cropped hem, but also a mid waist, which I’m not the biggest fan tbh, but wanted to give it a try anyway. Didn’t buy them though, but for £36 they’re not bad and also available in black.
So that’s it, hope you have a great weekend!
