Ahh, this is a good one. Not that the others wouldn’t be good, but I can easily picture myself most of these clothes any day. While I got the hype and admiration around big designers and complicated, artsy designs, this laid back, yet cool attitude is more like me. The colours, as per usual, are beautiful, the fabrics look divine, the accessories are die for, even though I have to admit not the most practical.
Sometimes I think a tan Bonsai bag is everything I’m missing from my life (ok this is far from the truth but let me be a bit dramatic here), the lack of closure and longer strap are kind of disappointing, sobering if you will. I know, the puritan, yet too cool for school design would get lost with these additions, but we live with/in these stuff, and they’re quite pricey, so yes, we/I have to be realistic and face the downsides too.
And yet, maybe the Bonsai is not the most useful design, but oh Good, looks good on the runway nonetheless. The same goes to PVC pants (in general). I love seeing it, but there is no way I would spend a day, a minute actually!, and a pretty penny in/on non-breathable tight, and not to mention very squeaky trousers. The rest, yes I’d take them, thank you very much. Oh, and one of the Bonsai bags too! 😀
If you could choose only one, would it be design or practicality?
