I’m really really in the mood of shopping, which is no wonder as it happens in every single September, sometimes even sooner in August. With the new season though, I feel myself gravitating towards simple basics, mostly neutrals, which is a bit shocking, due to my refund love for colours. But maybe it’s only because of the new colder season. Dunno, but I’m very happy with everything I’ve got so far. Let’s see everything in order:
Pilgrim Sagittarius pendant necklace via Zalando
First things first, I payed a visit to Zalando, because lots of brands (including Vagabond), 10% off full price and free shipping (and return), but only ended up buying this little beauty and a leather jacket which came later, so you will see later in this post.
Anyway, this pendant is one of the most beautiful things I’ve seen in a while, and it’s a shame I couldn’t capture properly how nice it is with its golden plate and shimmering white crystals which form the constellation Sagittarius (hi, that’s me btw, but I need a reminder just in case :)). I’ve been wearing it all the time since, except for showering, because I don’t want to risk anything dodgy.
Retro Peepers via eBay
I’m also really into eBay recently – for obvious reasons, I guess – and hence I love my first rockabilly cat eye sunnies so much and also wore all summer, I wanted to purchase another one. I was thinking in black first, but those are so off on me, so eventually went back to brown. And then I found these ones called Peggy from Retro Peepers, and I’m in love and really tempted to buy more from them.
Shemagh via eBayAlso, winter is coming, so we need a good scarf, living in London something which is not too thin but not too thick either. This shemagh seems the perfect solution with some print, tassels and yellowish colour near to my face, this time a colour that is matching my eyes (more or less, if I wear green, they appear more green, but whatevs).
Baligula Rattan Bag via eBaySee? Still eBay, great prices and good stuff! The story here is similar to my sunglasses’ one before, I love my round one so much I wanted another one. Story of my life. You can see the features (the coconut smoke scent, yum!) are the same, the shape is different and this one doesn’t have a lining, which in this case is fine by me. I’ve been wearing this for a week or two now and have absolutely no regret about it. Plus seemingly Mushu likes it too. 🙂
Shemagh via AmazonSee the pattern here? Double take again. So shemaghs in every colour are also available on Amazon, but this time I opted one with no print and buttery colour. Did I mention these are 100% cotton? Yes, they are.
Mango leather biker jacket via ZalandoSo here comes the jacket. As you can see it’s from Mango, so I could easily go to store and pick it up for myself (actually I did here), but 10% off is exactly 10% off, and in the case of a rather investment piece, like a leather jacket (this one costs £119 which is really good) is worth it. This is not my first leather jacket from Mango and probably not the last one either. Again, I’ve been living in this since I got it, and I can only recommend it so far.
Vintage Levi’s 501 via eBayRemember when I said I wouldn’t sell my vintage 501s? Well, I did, and also regret it. It doesn’t happen a lot, because there is always a reason why I sell something and most of the time there is no regret after that. Now, remembering the exact reason, my new and more perfect Re/Done jeans with their perfect cut and 5 button high rise fly that I still love and wear, maybe it wasn’t that stupid. Maybe I had to learn and find something ‘new’. And then I found these, never worn vintage jeans with the perfect light wash. Ok, they’re long, but I can fix that, so who cares. I needed these in my life again, and now I won’t sell them. Probably, but I won’t say never again (oops) ;).
What do you think?
