When summer hits London, I start skipping Oxford Street, as it’s way too busy even on weekdays. This time I usually go to Westfield, which has almost all the shops, but while Mango is not the best there, Zara is much much better.
I wore new tee and jacket by Topshop, jeans from Re/Done and mules from Mango. These new fitting rooms in Westfield are really good btw.
Have no idea why I feel the need to look for black pants every summer, but here we’re again. Maybe I need to know I have more option to wear, but now written down, it seems a stupid excuse to buy something. Anyway, I tried these black waxed skinnies by simple curiosity. At least I know these have the very same problem, Zara pants usually have; way to skinny legs and big, gaping waistband, yet short rise. Not a lucky combo, is it?
Finally found my size from this tee. It reads Femme, but apart from that I really love the colour combination. And the fabric, nice and soft vintage like cotton, just how I like it. It’s a bit pricey though for £26, but if you want something similar, yet cheaper, I’d recommend the ones from Topshop for £15-16.
And matching belt! I love everything non-leather for summer, and this is a great match to my Daniel Wellington NATO strap too. Plus it’s tiny, great for slim the waistline. I’m also thinking about the one with different colours, but that might be an overstep.
And finally these mules which you could see already in yesterday’s post. They also available in black satin, but I love this cream canvas version. I’m not a big fan of open toe mules, but thanks to the cross strap, this one looks great, they’re beyond comfy and the price was great too (£18).
And now three more things are crossed out from the summer list, yey! 🙂
