As June is here I feel the need of summer clothing more than ever. More than ever because although I always preferred different fabrics, like linen or straw in summer, this feeling is peeking with not a single denim piece in this mix. Only airy cotton, linen and viscose and some leather when it comes to slippers and slides.
The favourite colours are still red and white in my book (with some black and tan), but I couldn’t resist those blue polka dot dress and blouse by Mango, which reminds me of Baba Szappan (Baby Soap), an old and one of a kind Hungarian brand mixed with with lots of nostalgia, childhood and yes, even adulthood memories.
Anyway if you really into wrap dresses, French blouses (remember Jeanne Damas? <3), espadrilles (preferably with lace ups) and lightweight slippers, you only have to visit Mango and H&M, if you want something more/else, than UO and Topshop too, because these brands have the trendiest (whatever this word means nowadays) and most affordable pieces. Seriously love them all. And the best thing? You grab a basket bag and you’re ready to leave the house.
Also think, it’s time to prepare to Budapest in August (Budapest, here we come 😀 <3) and a hopefully even summery than right now London.
