Since the weather is so annoyingly shitty, and I don’t want to wear jumpers but a single tee is not enough, I desperately needed something which isn’t so thick but gives me some warmth and comfort. Having read Manrepeller, I discovered Leandra’s love for utility jackets. I did a quick research online, and found some promising ‘shakets’ at Topshop. 🙂
Long story short, I tried both of them, couldn’t decide therefore I bought both of them. Topshop really does the best simple shakets, both of these are 100% cotton and has nothing unnecessary whistles and bells. Price wise they’re not that bad either, £40-45, but I’m quite sure it will be useful later, when additional jacket isn’t crucial anymore.
Even though these earrings weren’t really planned, I just couldn’t resist. So pretty, aren’t they? I must say we have to cut off from the stalk of that (in my ear) upper flower, because it was way too long, and I couldn’t sleep on that side, lol. Now I only have to figure what to do with my Tragus piercing and where can I find a better option.
Also, I wanted to check out Uniqlo’s footsies, because what I bought long ago in H&M didn’t stay put for 3 minutes, and my friend recommended these ones.
Ok, buying tees wasn’t planned, but if I was there… you know.
I didn’t mind it though because I found the cutest tees. These are by Lisa Larson, Swedish ceramicist and designer, who – truth to be told – I’ve never heard about before, but now I’m wearing her name above my boob (in red, didn’t but the white one), along with this super cute long cat embroidery. Couldn’t take a good picture here but there is also a big half cat print on the back/side. 🙂 I love the colour, the print the boxy fit and the price was great too for £12. It’s really worth to check out, I’m still thinking on the white one too. 🙂
Oh and the footsies. 🙂 I already tried them, and they’re really good I have to say. They don’t come cheap though (£3.90), but they don’t come off when you don’t want them to and Uniqlo was kind enough to mark the sides, so you don’t get confused. 🙂
Btw this is the outfit I wore, I guess, you can tell, the shaket (don’t like this word :() wasn’t intended, but I had to wear it right away. It was well needed… I added it to my Zara tee and jeans, H&M shirt and Topshop kitten heels.
What do you think?
