Nowadays H&M is one of my favourite places to go, the trend section is pretty up-to-date and fabrics and prices are fine too. I don’t like to dress up in one label, and it’s a good place to fill up the space in my wardrobe without spending too much money. And the new season is here, I’m selling a lot of stuff (here), therefore those holes are getting bigger, so here is my latest round from there.
First things first, this is what I wore. I loved it so much I know I have to wear it again, so prepare to see this in an outfit post. 🙂 Anyway, I wore old Mango leather jacket, Brandy Melville tee, Re/Done jeans, Zara shoes and my red Balenciaga City bag.
God knows why, but I don’t like classic shirts so much, but sometimes I want to wear something more feminine or simply grown up than graphic tees, so I keep trying to find the right one. I’ve been eyeing with this one for a while, cos I like the coral colour, the fabric and the price isn’t bad either for 15 quid, but eventually didn’t end up getting it.
But I thought I give a chance to blouses. I already found one in Topshop with puffer sleeves, this time I bought this blue wrap one in H&M for £29.99 or so. It’s not red, but cannot wait to wear anyway. Maybe I just want to wear something more feminine? It seems so…
I haven’t noticed I tried this bustier like bodice/bralet/top inside out, lol, but it almost gets away this way too, doesn’t it? The difference is not big anyway, and the point is, I love-love-LOVE it. Finally something simple, affordable (£25), yet nice. I had to have this without thinking, moreover, I also ordered it in black. It’s the perfect spring extra layer for me and this one thicks all the right boxes. Btw I bought the white tee too.
I don’t want to buy more jeans (well, ok that’s not true, I’m always ready to buy good jeans, not my bank account though, but you get the point), but I saw these ones on a blogger and I tried them because why not. I have to say they’re great, having vintage like straight fit (tried my normal size), high rise and made of thick, non stretchy denim. They’re long though and the hem is kind of like it’s been attacked by a hound, but there’s an easy solution if that’s the only thing you don’t like, or if you’re like me, fairly short. I forgot to check how much they cost, but my guess would be around 40.
Finally I had to buy these slippers too. I love the colour and the low cut, too bad I cannot really wear them right now, but I know I’ll be grateful for myself in a few weeks time.
And now I’m almost ready for summer. What do you think?
