SALES season! Well, actually I’m not to fond of it when it comes to the mess and crowd which is in the stores, but online shopping (with free return option) is always great, plus if you’re patient enough you can find really good deals in the stores as well. This time I was able to find some really good stuff with great prices, so I’m pretty happy with myself.
This was my outfit of the first day in the Zara’s and H&M’s fitting rooms. I wore my newest Re/Done jeans, purple jumper and snake skin booties. I love this combo.
So lest start with the best; this red leather jacket. It was such a catch for £89. Can you believe it? Instead of 149 I think. That’s 60% off. And I wanted a non black leather jacket for such a long time, but never found the one which I wanted that much or they were way to expensive. But this is, this is sooooo goooood!
This is my skort which I wore New Year’s Eve. Actually I wanted to try this one some time ago, but never felt the energy to stand in the sneaking line, but luckily there was nobody there when I went in the morning so there was no more excuses. And it would’ve been such a shame not to try on.
It’s the cutest with its black&white gingham print and ruffles (spring/summer potential! :)). The size is great and it’s a plus point it’s a skort instead of a short or skirt. My only minor pet peeve is that it has no pockets, but oh well, the price tag compensated that nicely. I bought this for £15.99 instead of £19.99 or something like that.
The same happened with this skirt which is really a skirt, but luckily a bit longer and more tailored with black&white houndstooth print. I love it with the leather jacket especially. It cost me 19.99 instead of 25.99, so again it was a great catch.
There was not too much in Mango this time, except for this great tan pumps, which I would’ve bought if the heels were a bit shorter. Otherwise it was super comfy (true to size) and the leather (both the quality and colour) is just gorgeous. Too bad as these were on (20-30%?) sales too. 🙁
Ok, this sweat suit wasn’t on sale, but I was craving for a red jumper and when I saw this hoodie there was no turning back. Especially when I saw the matching sweatpants with pockets and stepped hem. They will be great for the weekends or a simple grocery shopping but I wanna wear the hoodie with jeans too.
Maybe at this point you can tell, I’m in a red/burgundy mood. Actually I didn’t buy this bomber jacket (which is by the way the same as my black one above), but I’m still thinking on it. It’s a great bomber jacket with great price (29.90 but when I last checked online it was on sale, and no more in my size), maybe I’ll look around the store once more.
Or I’ll go with this oversized bomber jacket which is somewhere between a winter puffer and an actual bomber jacket. It’s a bit more expensive (£40) but I’ve got a voucher last time so I might go with this one. I have to check it once again.
And finally the white booties which I was talking about in Office on the other day. They’re by Kendall and Kylie Jenner (yeah, I know…), but I don’t care until I like the design and the price, and these ones are reduced from 139 to 63 which is pretty good if you ask me. Actually I ordered them again (this time with the right size :)), so I’m waiting for Office to send an e-mail when I can collect them. Maybe tomorrow? Fingers crossed!
All in all this is a perfect sales season so far and I think I’m done more or less. Which feels good. Now we can be waiting for the new (spring/summer) season which is never so good as the fall/winter in my eyes, but that’s not a problem at all. At least there will be some time for my wallet to relax. 🙂
What do you think?
