Is it just me or this collection is like you could buy all of the pieces in the nearest Urban Outfitters? Tracksuit, check. Ankle boots, check. Khaki parka, check. Reworked floral dress, check. Vintage (like) denim, big check.
Yeah, I know designing and making clothes – which were inspired by streetstyle -, is a huge trend right now, not to mention everything vintage. So why Rag & Bone would get out of it, especially when their bread and butter is edgy casual wear?
Don’t get me wrong, I like this collection, it’s just a little predictible, isn’t it? And I rather buy everything in Urban Outfitters, ok more chance you see it coming on the street, but on the other hand, it’s more friendly to my wallet, which I have to opt for when it comes to buying clothes.
But then again, the inspiration is great and I’m also happy, trends last a bit longer. I wouldn’t mind those patent over the knee boots though. They’re great with all the dark floral dresses.
Going to Urban Outfitters right now?
