When it comes to interesting, feminine but still edgy dresses, Proenza Schouler is one of the bests. They always try to summgle some twist into their designs, and the case is no different this time either.
Assymetric hemlines are great when you want to hide and show those pins off the same time, and the movement is great, not to mention the ventilating possibilities on a hot summer day. But twists don’t come to an end just here, criss-cross tops and cut-outs (speaking of ventialtion, right?) make this collection even more worthy to our attention. Again, it’s a showy propotion, but still decent somewhat, as you don’t have to worry all the time about your… (khmm)… modesty.
What put the cherry on the top is the playful prints, may that come in form of stipes, checks or spots. And it seems, platform shoes are going nowhere the next season neither, maybe I should stop worry about it and go for a pair of platform boots?
It seems fringe has a moment as well, but that’s an even bigger question mark in my head. What do you think?
