So this collection is not my number one favorite, as it’s neither based on historical fashion, nor on natural inspiration (though there is a lot of flower on the dresses), but what’s nice, that’s nice and also I adore the beautiful, feminine and a bit revealing but not tacky gowns paired with lacey boot sandals and ankle boots. It seems sheer gowns are going nowhere which is double edged sword, in the wrong hands (I mean on body) it could go way over Tackyville.
What I love the most though that’s the styling. As I mentioned before, the right accessories can do all the difference and this time elevated the otherwise glamorous gowns to the next level, the level that I can identify with too. 🙂 This braided hairstyle is a hit too and the perfect way to accentuate the dresses even more.
I hope we’ll see these on Hollywood superstars later on, especially with a similar styling, I bet there’s one or two actress or songstress who would rock them.
PS: I wanted to pick a favorite, but it’s almost mission impossible. I really like the white one and the black gown too, the latter mostly because of the corset detail. The white one is a bit bridal though, but beautiful nonetheless and the black boots give them a little edge. Which one is your favorite?
