As I suppose you figured it out I like shopping and strolling. It means some kinda me time and of course I’ve always preferred personal shopping over online. Don’t get me wrong I love online shopping too, it’s so convenient but if you don’t know the sizing or an item it can make some fuss with returning and refunding.
So I checked my favorite stores on Oxford Street, tried some things on but actually didn’t buy anything. Well, this happens too. Sometimes. 🙂
This was my outfit of that day. Easy and comfortable and most of items from TopShop and the rest from Zara. 🙂 You can’t tell but I only wore this short sleeved top and my green bomber and guess what I wasn’t cold. At all. So happy for spring.
I tried on some vintage Levi’s 501. I want a pair of 501 for soooo long and so bad. Truth to be told I did buy some before but they never were right so I had to sell them. And you can see on these photos why. These are W27 according to the back label and they weren’t so bad size wise but as my waist is quite small compared to my hips the waist line keeps slipping down which makes this weird crotch situation. But I guess because this pair (and every others I could try) was for men. Where are the vintage jeans for women???
I could try a W28 too. Well if I wanted to buy boyfriend jeans these would have been fine. But that’s not the goal right now, so after some hesitation I left both of them for others and bought nothing.
This photo was taken in Zara. You can see I found that little brown bag which was posted before (here). As I said then too, it’s a really nice little bag and pretty affordable too but I know myself and I know I would sell them after some usage. 🙁
Here you have it from a better angle. Surprising but I quite like the brown color with the silver handles. It also has a long strap but as usually neither external nor internal pocket. But probably those things are not even necessary because it so small that my wallet couldn’t fit in. But for some cash/card, phone and some make up it could be fine.
I saw this stripy shirt top too which is really trendy but I didn’t try it on. It has an interesting cut which makes me wondering how comfy could be or you have to adjust back properly all the time. On the other hand it’s a good thing that it doesn’t require tricky bras. 🙂
And these pictures are from Mango. I like these red flats so much they could have made any outfit more interesting but my feet keep slip out of them. Duh, story of my life if they don’t break them then this happens. They don’t suit to my fishnet socks though, do they? I think they’re a bit on the bitchy side. Or it’s just me? 😀 Haha.
And finally some black leather babouches. They’re quite similar to my Zara ones, save for the round cleavage and the fact they’re made of leather both inside and outside (so they’re a bit more pricey too). If you wanted to buy the Zara ones but missed them these one can be a good option.
Bomber jacket, straight jeans and slipons – TopShop, top and bag – Zara, fishnet socks – ASOS
Hope you like this little selection.
