Few days ago we spent some days in Hungary. We traveled on Sunday to Budapest and came back on Tuesday. It’s was just a rapid travel because we didn’t want to bother anybody with taking care of our cat and my hubby had to go back to work (important people you know :)).
I’m always exited when we travel
home there. I love that country and sometimes I miss Budapest where we was living for 10 years. But it always turns out that we’re home here now. Where we have our cat, our flat and things, our work, our mobile and internet contract. Our whole life. And it was good to be there and it always will be after all we have our friends and family there but I guess I have to recalibrate my mind a bit. Making difference between my current home and my previous one (which will be always there if we want to move back).
So it was different a bit what I imagined. It was to short and to long at the same time. Short because we
barely had didn’t have time for everyone and everything and long because you know, what I wrote above. We were on the go, had to rush all the time and we didn’t have internet connection at all (by mistake).
So we couldn’t make so many pictures either (and the weather was dull too) but we managed to shoot some.
We made these photos on the Danube wharf in Budapest. This is Pest, the eastern part of the city and you can see Buda, the western part from here. As you can see it was cloudy but the temperature was fine, actually it was better than usually this time of the year.
Comfiness was key in these days so I wore my bomber jacket and slipons from TopShop, jeans from Sandro and bag from Saint Laurent.
These pictures were taken in my home city in Kiskunfelegyhaza. Yes, I know that’s a long and weird name but actually it has it’s meaning. 🙂 The weather was nice that day so you can see the city hall nicely. It was built in Art deco style which is one of my favorite architect and interior style. My outfit is not so important here, firstly because you cannot see it and secondly because it was similar to the previous one.
In exchange you can see here my high school on the first picture and the temple with two towers on the second one. 🙂
Maybe next time I can show you better pictures. That’s probable because we’re planning to travel in summer. Anyway, I have my conclusions from this trip and next time I’ll prepare better/differently. 🙂
